By registering for our programs, using our facilities, or participating in any related activities, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and reflect our commitment to safe, transparent, and fair participation for all players and members.

2. Registration & Eligibility

    •    All players must complete the registration process prior to attending any sessions.

    •    For minors (under 18), registration must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.

    •    Accurate health information and emergency contact details must be provided at registration.

    •    We reserve the right to approve or deny participation based on age group availability, capacity, or suitability.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

    •    All fees are clearly stated on our registration platforms and must be paid before the start of any session.

    •    Accepted payment methods include card, bank transfer, and approved online gateways.​

    •    Unpaid fees may result in denied access to sessions or future registration being blocked.

4. Code of Conduct

    •    All players, parents, visitors, and staff are expected to uphold a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment at all times.

    •    Bullying, abusive language, aggressive behavior, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.

    •    Coaches and staff reserve the right to remove any participant or parent who breaches this code without refund.

5. Health, Safety & Insurance

    •    Participation is at the individual’s own risk.

    •    It is the responsibility of each player (or their guardian) to ensure they are medically fit to participate in training or matches.

    •    Basic first aid kits are available

    •    In the event of an injury or emergency, we will take reasonable action to support the participant and contact their guardian promptly.

6. Intellectual Property & Media

    •    All branding, training content, materials, and logos produced by The Talent Factory or Talent Factory Fives remain our intellectual property.

    •    We may use photographs or video footage taken during sessions, matches, or events for promotional purposes, including online and social media.

    •    To opt out of media usage, you must inform us in writing in advance.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

    •    We handle personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus data protection laws.

    •    Data collected is used solely for registration, safety, and academy communication purposes.

8. Facilities & Use

    •    Our 5-a-side and training facilities are maintained to high standards for use by both youth and adult participants.

    •    Damage to property caused by negligence may result in repair costs and/or loss of facility access.

    •    Unauthorized coaching, commercial activity, or filming is not allowed without prior written consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

    •    We encourage open dialogue and aim to resolve concerns informally where possible.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove a participant from our programs due to:
